St. Thomas' Day School Staff
The teachers at St. Thomas Day School have formal training and/or years of experience working with young children. Teachers take first aid/CPR courses and continuing education courses. A criminal background check and training in the prevention of child sexual abuse is part of their condition for employment. Teachers also submit, annually, a physician's statement stating that they are free from any disability that would prevent them from teaching children.
Administrators
Ms. Kelly is the Director of St. Thomas’ Day School and also teaches in the "Before Kindergarten" Class. She has been with the school since 1995 and this is her 20th year as Director.
Ms. Joan is the Assistant Director and a teacher in the "Before Kindergarten" class. She is in her 24th year of teaching at St. Thomas’ Day School.
Teachers/Aides
Ms. Laura is an Aide/Enrichment teacher in the Beginners class.
Mrs. M is a Music Enrichment teacher for all classes.
Ms. Trina is a teacher in the Intermiadiate class.
Ms. Ashley is a teacher in the Beginner's Class
Ms. Colleen is a teacher in the Beginners Class
Ms. Danette is a part-time aide in the Intermediate Class. This is her 2nd year at St. Thomas'.
Ms. Pattie is an Aide in the Intermediate Class.
Ms. Sophie is an Aide in the Intermediate class.
