Roger Bowers Roger has more than twenty years of experience in real estate, construction and development. He is responsible for managing real estate assets in Virginia. He is also a lawyer, practicing in real estate and construction law for the last twenty four years. During this time he has represented companies, institutions, utilities, landowners, developers, landlords, tenants, architects and contractors in every aspect of real estate and development. With regards to St. Thomas’, Barrie and Roger started attending in 1994. He was confirmed into the Episcopal Church at St Thomas later that same year. Roger served on Vestry previously and was Junior Warden in the late 90's.
