Vestry Stewardship Statement

God has blessed us with life, love, and the gift of his son, Jesus Christ, our Lord.  At St. Thomas' we have been give a place to belong, to worship, to learn, and to serve, and to share our rich and varied gifts.

Stewardship is an opportunity for individual, family, and parish development by joyfully giving our time, talent, and treasure to do God's work through St. Thomas' and the world.

In response to our blessings, we commit to proportional giving contributing as much of our time, talent, and treasure as we honestly and joyfully can.

St. Thomas' Stimulus Initiative

Twenty-three families and individuals donated a portion of their federal economic stimulus payments to St. Thomas'.  we thank all who responded for your generous donations, which raised an additional $4,310.00 for St. Thomas' ministries.  In case you missed out, your donation would still gratefully be accepted.

Step Up Sunday

On September 7, 14, and 21, you can stop by the tables in the Parish Hall, learn about St. Thomas' many ministries, and sign up to participate in ones that interest you in the coming year.  If you are feeling a little bold, try a ministry you have never experienced before.  You might also try one that is a little out of your comfort zone.  You might be surprised at how spiritually rewarding our ministries can be.
