2010 St. Thomas' Annual Auction - Donations

Doors open 6:30 PM.
Donate an auction item and let the fun begin! There will be a silent as well as live auction; all kinds of donations are needed and appreciated. Surprise us with something we'd never be able to imagine from your own collection, or imagination!
Don't know what to donate?
We need all types of items valued at $25 and above, such as:
• Tickets to sporting events, plays, or concerts
• Vacation condo or house - donate a week or weekend getaway!
• Airline tickets, frequent flyer miles, hotel stays...
• Legal services, tax preparation, teeth whitening, plumbing, carpentry, painting...
• Hosted or catered wine tastings, dinners, theme parties...
• Lessons of any kind (music, tennis, golf, dance, foreign languages, cooking...)
• Gift baskets and gift certificates (restaurants, movies, stores)
• Handmade items (art work, quilts, pottery, jewelry)
Your donation is tax-deductible and greatly appreciated!
By filling out this online form, you can notify the Auction Committee of the item or service that you wish to donate. Your donated items are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Upon receipt of your donation item, you will receive a letter acknowledging your gift and its fair market value. Also, a copy of the form will be sent to the donor and contact emails given on the form.
