2011 St. Thomas' Annual Auction - Donations

Donate an auction item and let the fun begin! There will be a silent as well as live auction; all kinds of donations are needed and appreciated. Surprise us with something we'd never be able to imagine from your own collection, or imagination!

Don't know what to donate? We need all types of items valued at $25 and above, such as:

  • Creations (e.g., paintings; furniture; jewelry; photography; hosted or catered dinners; gift baskets; quilts; pottery; other handmade items)
  • "Stay-cation" (e.g., local events, performances and attractions; children’s activities; spa treatments; tax preparation; teeth whitening; plumping; carpentry, painting; lessons of any kind), and
  • Destinations (e.g., airline frequent flyer miles, hotel stays, day trips; timeshares; vacation condos and homes – donate a week or a weekend getaway!).

Your donation is tax-deductible and greatly appreciated!

By filling out this online form, you will notify the Auction Committee of the item or service that you wish to donate. Please limit one item per form. Upon receipt of your donation item, you will receive a letter acknowledging your gift and its fair market value. Also, a copy of the form will be sent to the donor and contact emails given on the form. Placement of your donation will be at the discretion of the Auction Committee.
